Someone’s birthday, and I just had time. So, went for a nice dinner.

In Kowloon City, found no favorite restaurant, just didn’t want Thai food. So we chose the famous Hot Pot restaurant he tried before.

Crab

Actually we went there for the Crab only, so we ordered a 1.5kg Steamed Crab with Egg white and Hua Diao花雕酒, served with Udon. This took some time for the steaming, so it was the last dish to come.

The crab looks really tasty. I’m not a Crab yolk lover, but the dish made me found the yolk adorable, with great smell and taste of the alcohol. The crab is fresh and sweet, and the Udon at the bottom of it absorbed the juice of crab, delicious! But it’s quite too much for us, because we were not able to finish it before it cooled down. I have rooms for it, just no time.

Soup

The Hot Pot soup we chose “Drunk Chicken with Chinese Wild yam, Angelica and Jujube”, together with half a chicken. The soup was good, although the taste was a bit similar to the instant soup.

Sliced See Whelks螺

It’s fresh and sweet, but the texture didn’t meet my expectations..

Minced Dace鯪魚滑(a bit salty for me, still tasty), Straw mushroom(large), shredded koniyaku芉絲 

Totally HK$550, not much dishes, I was not very full, just tired of eating.. (The crab spent me too much time!)

Seems the head store received better comments, but I think it's too crowd..

Uni was not that tasty compare to the last try in the 2^nd shop

Ikura I never love this, and this is the first time I think it’s delicious.

The others I don't remember, some are suggested by the Sushi master, good but no surprise.  They are nice, it's good to sit at the bar.

He performs perfectly,it's a perfect concert but not for me.

I do want to enjoy the show which I was longing for, …

■ KFC Wonderland

Amazing K*F*C!

You're my love!

I'm not able to remember the run down, but he sang most of the “Wonderland” song, and his famous old songs, and some english songs (so cool!), and sing with Fiona, and fama, and sing “remember to hit the card” sincerely in fama's song (don't know the name, the theme is sth about boss and staff), and he D A N C E!!!  moonwalk!(<-awesome!) In front of strong spotlight, wearing suit, hat, sun glasses, Khalil really rocks!

Excitement last for more than 2 hours, except when he talked… we could hardly hear what he said, but seems to be KF style hah to introduce the songs… or to lower the temperature…

Whatever the songs are, he made them new arrangement, new vocal style, new soul

Strong and incredible Mr Fong's style.

Even better than Jay's concert, not considering the location, budget..etc, focus on the performance only, Mr Fong did a great job

I really want to own a Khalil, or a Jam Siao, or a Hins, imagine they create/ sing a song especially for you

My neighbour really into the show, I guess he was imaging being the star on the stage, shaking his body, moving his hands like a singer (much more), singing Khalil's songs (he is fans), of course I don't mind if Khalil and him do a swap.

In the boring  30 mins before starting…

That's why I couldn't sleep well last night, dreamed of KFC, and lots of formulas and ingredients.

I can wait no more but starting the works immediantly, however, I don't have complete ingredients in hand…even I've spent hundreds to buy them, still not enough…

I wish I can produce my first product today.

■ 20th

This was my 2nd attendance at funeral.

My fa's elder brother.

When we arrived, the relatives push us to see our fa, push us to greet him, and the fat bitch was still annoying as before, just keep on asking “have you called your fa?”, but she never show her care to us since we are small.

She's the wife of the second brother, my fa is the youngest.  The family of 1st is nice, but the 2nd is snobbish.

She spent a lot on her religion, but show no mercy to people, at least to us.

Just like the uncle of harry, and their son is as large as a pig, or elephant, but have a good looking face.  (We don't see their son and daughter, coz my sister and I just stayed for 30mins, before they come)

We just sat besides fa, I had no words to him.  The youngers seems to get along well, some of them were my playmates during the festival, but I'm not one of them anymore.

There's a boy looks like 陳柏霖, seems around 15~17, I guess he'll looks cool when he grow up.  His sisters are the pair I mentioned before, the pretty nurse student.

Relatives, haven't contacted for over 10 years.  I just remember what my mum said, anyone care about us in these years?  Who knows…

When we were going to leave, that bitch and her husban questioned us “by when you have to back to office?”"come back later ok?”"my daughter is on the way here..”

What I concerned was, my mum was waiting for us for dinner, why should I stay to meet your daughter, you are just the elder brother of my fa, but not my family.

I don't know what will they think of us, but we have to leave, and our elder sister help us out of this struggles.

Her last words: “try to see your fa sometimes, even a call can make him happy, whatever he did, he's your fa and he don't have much years left..”

To me, he's just another relatives, not family.

■ 15th

Tony Roma's

Today is Photo Shooting day, we went to Tony Roma's for a full lunch - a restaurant with famous ribs.

Red pepper tomato soup - It's too heavy to me, as salty as condensed soup, feels like tasting the sauces

TAppetizer Sampler - Fire Wings, Potato Skins, Mozzarella Sticks with 3 sauces.

The skin of chicken wings is crispy, and the taste is spicy, quite good

Potato skin, with cheese and bacons on top, really tasty with the tomato sauce.

Mozzarella Sticks, this fried cheese is a bit salty, taste better when it's hot.

St Louis-Style Ribs(serve with baked potato) - with honey sauce, it's tender and juicy, with the nicely burnt smell, but some part of the ribs is a bit dry.

Actually I'm not very full, but tired of the seasoning.

HK people needed to be educated, I totally agree.  Most of them are lacking morality.

I feel sorry for the plants in “The Hong Kong Flower Show”, the flowers on the edge are stepped, a “girl” picked a small flower for her blythe, I really shame of her, being a blythe lover.  Camera men stuck at the best locations to take photos, but never know what's comity.

Is it a show for cameras only?
