■ 玫瑰透明質酸精華30ml

 
(玫瑰透明質酸精華 - 好明顯唔只30ML啦…用錯樽囉)

原料:

1.          保加利亞玫瑰花水 (bulgarian rose water)                      15ml

2.          透明質酸 (玻尿酸Hyaluronic Acid)原液                          7ml

3.          甘油 (glycerin usp)                                                                5ml

4.          維他命原b5 (D-Panthenol)                                                   1ml

5.          維他命E油                                                                              10d

6.          苯氧乙醇 (抗菌劑)                                                                  1d

7.          依蘭依蘭精油                                                                          2d (本想落1d的, 現在氣味嫌太強)

作法:

懶到連量器都唔用！

預備好30ml容器後(消毒)，加入所有材料，最後補入玫瑰花水，蓋上蓋然後搖勻(成份中有水性及油性材料，必須令它們混合)。

玫瑰花可保濕、緊緻及舒緩肌膚，對發炎現象很有幫助，適合各種膚質，特別是成熟、乾燥及敏感性肌膚

玻尿酸本身具有很強補水效能，可防止皺紋讓細胞再生，使膚質光滑細緻、彈性 [如購買玻尿酸粉自製原液，成本會更便宜(在hk買10ml原液約$50，絕對”掠水”，當然市面所售的護膚品更”掠”)]

甘油吸水性強，能幫助保持水份，均勻的擴散在皮膚表面上 (市面的潔膚、護膚品大都加入甘油)

維他命e的修維功效不用多介紹，加入謢膚品內，更可以穩定油脂，防止氧化(變壞)

B5是一種滲透性保濕劑，可增進纖維芽細胞的增生，能協助修復皮膚組織的功能。它的透明質分子能攜帶500倍以上的水分，為目前所公認的最佳保濕成分(到底是否屬實，還未有時間去考究)。

依蘭依蘭是一種生長在熱帶的植物蒸餾而成的精油，稱為依蘭，又名香水樹。依蘭有「花中之花」的函意。依蘭依蘭萃取的部位是花，香味沈厚香甜，適合各膚質使用，它的味道香甜，適合疏解壓力和焦慮，有助精神放鬆。

第1次製作玻尿酸的精華，試用了一滴，質感比較稀薄，因沒加入增稠的成份，感覺蠻水水的，用後皮膚很軟滑，下次也要為自己製1瓶。

■ 山茶花玫瑰人蔘乳霜100ml

原料:

1.          山茶花油 (camellia oil)                                                   11ml

2.          有機可可巴油 (Jojoba oil)                                             1ml (純粹想加)

3.          甘油                                                                                5ml

4.          維他命E油                                                                    1ml

5.          深海微量元素 (sea water extract)                                  0.15g

6.          植物性膠原蛋白質cp-2                                                0.25g (到底應否加入, 我也不清楚, 因這recipe沒有加入檸檬酸2粒, 而膠原類原料在弱酸性環境下較佳…)

7.          人蔘超臨界濃縮萃取精露 (GINSENG EXTRACT)    2ml

8.          銀杏萃取液 (ginkgo extract)                                          1ml

9.          牡丹皮濃縮萃取液 (paeonia suffruticosa root extract)   1ml

10.      透明質酸 (玻尿酸Hyaluronic Acid)原液                         1ml

11.      保加利亞玫瑰花水 (bulgarian rose water)                     80ml (香甜得想喝進肚子裡)

12.      簡易乳化劑                                                                    8ml

13.      苯氧乙醇 (抗菌劑)                                                        1ml

作法:

這是我用的方法、材料，絕對不見得對。

先將油類(1-4)加進花水攪拌，再加入粉類(5-6)，然後是其他材料，最後是乳化劑 (這種乳化劑缺點是會在搓揉後出現少量屑碎，因此市面早已有更好的乳化劑產品)，全部攪拌至霜狀。

這次的成品較稀，攪到手都累，就看看冷藏後會否厚實一點，不然當薄質的lotion用也適合這熱天。

成份中添加了不少養份，具有活化細胞、抗衰老、保濕等功效，是參考tw某blog的配方加以融合改良，但因未能考慮ph值或原料是否相配等問題，功效有所保留

因加了最補的人蔘，玫瑰花香都被掩蓋了，雖然如此，人蔘及植物的味道感覺很天然，用後皮膚很軟也不會有油膩感。

*曾有作者提過植物萃取液的份子太大，基本上皮膚難以吸收，頂多只有補濕功效。

■ 玫瑰透明質酸化妝水100ml

原料:

1.          保加利亞玫瑰花水 (bulgarian rose water)                     95ml

2.          甘油 (glycerin usp)                                                          10ml

3.          維他命原b5 (D-Panthenol)                                             5ml

4.          海洋紅藻酵素 (euchewua ap. Cottovii extract)               1ml (似乎不應該加入)

5.          頂級膠原蛋白(水解) (hydrolyzed collagen 1%)              1ml (似乎不應該加入)

6.          透明質酸 (玻尿酸Hyaluronic Acid)原液                         1ml

7.          苯氧乙醇 (抗菌劑)                                                        0.5ml

作法:

*這個配方有點問題，海洋紅藻酵素及頂級膠原蛋白其實不應該跟透明質酸配用，因份子大小不同，但禁配的原因及後果卻無從得知。

就直接將材料混合攪拌便成。

玫瑰花的香味仍然保留，試用過後也沒出現問題。

首張同名專輯裡敬騰的第一波主打【收藏】，是由李偉菘老師作曲，陳鎮川老師作詞。從極具生命力的聲音開啟整首歌及整張專輯，進入了全新的蕭敬騰，英式搖滾的蕭敬騰，內容傳達蕭敬騰從小到大，不論是開心還是悲傷，所有的心情故事都濃縮珍藏在詞曲當中，讓大家聽了也能感受他的喜怒哀樂。

【原諒我】
【原諒我】，是同門師兄FIR的 阿沁 為蕭敬騰精心打造的情歌。流暢的弦律線條帶出副歌的（原諒我，原諒我不成熟），也是用蕭敬騰的口吻去寫出這種說不出口的情感，令人了解他沈默但卻有豐富情感的一面，是一首非常好聽，而且耐聽的情歌。

【王子的新衣】
【王子的新衣】，是一首有爆炸力的美式抒情搖滾，其中直接寫出他的想法，更可以看到在他沈默的外表有著另一種叛逆的個性；整首歌很有爆發力及渲染力。

【奮不顧身】
接下來一首動人的情歌【奮不顧身】，是由曹格作曲，直接的情感，動人的聲線，副歌（我用我的生命愛你，不讓尖銳的世界傷害你），寫出奮不顧身愛一個人的情感。具有戲劇性效果的編曲，讓聽的人的情緒隨著他的聲音而上下起伏。

【疼愛】
五月天阿信也為蕭敬騰量身打造【疼愛】，一首中版的輕快歌曲，簡單的弦律，輕快的節奏，舒服的聲音，讓人有種紓壓的感覺。

【活著】
新銳創作歌手 小宇同學，也為蕭敬騰寫了一首傳唱度高、渲染力十足的金屬搖滾快歌【活著】，副歌部份如同情緒宣洩般的張力，展現出敬騰歌聲的爆發力。歌詞內容則是寫給支持他的歌迷朋友們。

【多希望你在】
這張專輯眾多音樂人共同參與。這次更邀請到了蘇打綠的吳青峰為敬騰寫一首很好聽的氣質抒情悲歌【多希望你在】。像詩一般的歌詞，也為蕭敬騰的聲音帶來優雅的氣息，是值得一聽再聽的好歌；敬騰在這首歌裡也嚐試了運用假音唱法，更讓人再認識了他聲音的可塑性。

【我在哭】
李偲菘老師為蕭敬騰寫了一首英式抒情歌【我在哭】，略為成熟的弦律意外地適合蕭敬騰的聲線，在一段一段的舖陳下，情緒也進入了他的領域。邊聽著這首歌，會邊想要和他一起愛，一起哭。

【Blues】
陳偉老師也為蕭敬騰打造了一首具速度感的搖滾快歌【Blues】，是整張專輯中最快的一首歌，狂放的曲風，也讓人見識到了蕭敬騰唱快歌的功力。

【一輩子存在】
這首是蕭敬騰自己的創作，展現了他除了好歌喉之外的另一種創作才華。一首具有情感醞釀的抒情歌【一輩子存在】，讓人除了認識他的聲音更認識了他的內心世界，帶有一點Gasple味道的副歌，深情而具深度的Vocal，足以打動無數人的心。

【bonus track：海芋戀】
【海芋戀】這首也是蕭敬騰的創作歌曲。中版而青春洋溢的弦律，呈現出來的也正是21歲的他的內心世界。外表看似沈穩冷靜，其實私底下還是個活潑的大男孩。當初因為比賽而創作的海芋戀，早已在網路上流傳許久，這一次在同名專輯裡特別加入這首當作bonus track，讓喜愛敬騰的歌迷們能夠好好珍藏！

<收藏>是第1plug，雖然不能歸類為”悅耳”、”動聽”的歌，但作為首打夠搶耳、易記，也能show一點點幫主實力，容易吸納聽眾。mv非常落本! 以”新人”來說… 但他是早就爆紅(最貼切)也不用擔心銷量的新人

<原諒我>十萬倍溫柔，他也是懂得溫柔地唱情歌的。最喜歡opening的melody。

Day 3

Breakfast at a self service bar, the bread was really good! So fresh, and the hot chocolate was tasty and rich, but too sweet.

Rainy day again.

Hardly to see a clear sky..

But it rained again..

Burger again.

Dinner at the first restaurant.  This was the third day but we already tired of eating steak and pizza… wanted to have something new, ordered the potato soup, oh… large bowl size and too rich, really taste good but proportion was too much, and too salty.

Day 4

Self service bar again, really love the bread, seems they made them freshly eveyday. 

Rain again.  The cold weather made me cough everyday. 

We were going to Venice with a customer, and decided to close earlier because the trip take an hour, but when everything was done, already 19xx (1am HK time)

Venice is a beautiful place, but it's raining and I didn't bring my camera, so I could only take snapshots with my mobile and rush away.

This was a nice street with many delicate shops. 

We of course had another Italiano dinner again, the restaurant seems different to the country style restaurants we visited.  We ordered sets with so many small appetizer dishes and main course, red wine.  Then we had our desserts at the road side gelatio shop.  It cost 2.x euro for a cone, I chosed caffe gelato and the bean was good, but the gelato was sweet for me.

The customer bought us girls roses for everyone, Italian are friendly and hot. ( I saw many hot and cute guys in the show, also, the girls are hot and sexy too)

Then we head back to apartment at the 22xx (4am HK), really a tired night, everyone slept on the car except my colleague who had to drove and me who took the front seat for my boss as he wanted to sleep at the back.

Day 5

We drove our customer to Pavado (not sure), a town with some famous brand shop.  Dinner at a famous restaurant which full of HK people… most of the guys were playing PSP, what a shame…

Everyting is large in this restaurant, the soup was large, my tomato soup was too sour (too much tomato inside) and the size should be enough for 2 adults.  The dishes were tasty, but the soup already made me full.  We shared tiramisu after dinner, but I like the previous one better, the tiramisu here was too sweet.

Last day of the show, finally the sun came out.

We started picking from morning, but when it finished it's already 4/5, we were nearly the last one to leave (our booth was in a small building called parakiss).

Back to the apartment, wait for dinner for several hours and finally girls all slept.  Around 21xx (3am HK), somebody bought chinese and japanese food back.  Surprisely, the fried rice was good, and the sushi was ok, but the chinese fried dishes were too oily.

Day 7

What a sunny day, but nothing to do in the apartment, just wait till 10 and went for breakfast.

22 May 1545 (2145 HK) flight to Dubai, 5hrs 50mins and arrived Dubai at 2335 (335 HK)

Italy 26 - to night…

The night view of Dubai is great.  We started our 9 hrs waiting at airport food court.  Seeing another dawn of Dubai.  There is a 24 hours Duty free mart. but really expensive and nothing worth to buy, same as Italy's.  I bought few packs of chocolates only from Italy's airport cost me euro 22.xx ($2xx in HK!)

Italy 27 - Dubai  7am (11am HK)

9 hours… from 2335 to 0940(1340 HK) sittting on the wooden chair, finished a chocolate muffin, a coffee, an apple pie (taste awful) from McDonald's, a chocolate twist bread and camomile tea…

Then we took 7hrs 30 mins to arrive HK at 2110.

Really exhausted.

Luckily, the LA trip next wed is non of my business.

■ Vicenza Trip

HK Time: 0052, Italy Time: 1852

Finally I'm back to HK

Everything start from my new job as designer last week.  My boss suddenly invite me to Vicenza Fair in Italy, 2 days before the departure date.  And I finally confirmed my ticket on my departure date night… (last Thur) My new boss, everything sudden & rush.

16 0035 night from HK to Dubai, flying time nearly 9 hrs, and arrived Dubai at 0520 (0920 HK time)

Stayed in the member lounge to have some breakfast buffet and burnt time

Then, 0945  spent another 6.5 hrs on flight to Venice.

I couldn't sleep in this long trip, luckily the meal was ok, but it's really tired to stay on the seat for so many hours…

Day 1

Arrived Venice at 1415 (2015 HK time) and took a taxi to the Booth directly. Prepared the display and stocks until 18XX (00XX at HK!) then first visit our apartment to take a shower and go for dinner.

1st Italian dinner in a traditional style restaurant, we can still enjoy it.  Have pizza, spaggetti, fromage, steak and wines… tasted nice, but dry meat. 

We had 4 girls in an apartment with 2 rooms, really took time to wait for shower.  2 bosses shared another apartment room at the same floor, and pushed the male colleague to stay in our salon to sleep on sofa.

Day 2

Woke up before 6, ate breakfast prepared by a boss, egg & sausage & bread, really tasty.

After helping the display, I went to the main hall to check out the trendy designs.  Really tired to do it every day.

Lunch: burgers from the outdoor fast food shop.  The meat was dry and the size was large.

Dinner: another restaurant, of course Italian food.  Again, too much dishes, too much steaks, wines again, and had Tiramisu as dessert, really good! (But this meal was much expensive)

■ 蜜柑潤唇膏

原料(約為4支5ml份量，但因沒有準確量度份量，加上損耗，只做了3支):

1.          金裝蜜蠟 (premium beeswax)                               5g

2.          有機精製乳木果脂 (organic refined shea butter)   10g

3.          有機可可巴油 (Jojoba oil)                                    2ml

4.          甜杏油 (Sweet almond oil)                                     6ml

5.          山茶花油 (camellia oil)                                          2ml

6.          維他命E油                                                           3滴 (正常份量應為1滴)

7.          甜橘精油                                                               2滴 (正常份量應為1滴)

作法:

l          將1-2隔水煮溶

l          將其他材料加入, 倒入唇膏筒至九分滿, 稍為凝固再填滿

步驟簡單，但因份量少、蜜蠟凝固得快，需要反覆加熱，因此耗了我兩個多小時來弄這小小3支潤唇膏。而且唇膏筒消毒也頗麻煩。這次真的有點嚇怕，但有了經驗下次應該更上手，有機會要奢侈地用玫瑰花蠟來造。

黃蜜蠟 - 從蜂巢中提取的營養物，沒有經過脫色處理，可滋潤防止皮膚老化，中藥角度有解毒生肌定痛作用

乳木果脂 - 含有豐富的維他命群，可提高保濕及調整皮脂分泌，具有修護、調理、柔軟和滋潤肌膚的效用。防曬作用佳，可保護亦可緩和及治療受日曬後的肌膚。

山茶花油 - 比其他植物油更容易為皮膚接受，更易滲透表皮及內層，令皮膚增殖、活潑，促進新陳代謝的功效也更顯著
甜橘精油 - 蜜柑香味可以放鬆心情，但果皮類帶有光敏性，有機會吸收紫外線，所以日間不太適用
